Ingredients | Strawberry Mojito Pitcher Recipe

2 limes, zested and juiced

2 romaine hearts, chopped

2 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks

½ cup chopped cucumber

⅓ cup chopped fresh mint

¼ cup simple syrup

2 tablespoons lemon juice, or to taste (Optional)

Directions

Combine the lime zest, lime juice, romaine lettuce, apple, cucumber, mint, simple syrup, and lemon juice together in a large bowl; toss to combine.
