Here is my latest creation.Ingredients | Vegan Ice Cream Recipe Banana1 cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)1 banana1 (1 gram) packet stevia sweetener (Optional)ice cubes¼ cup boiling water1 tablespoon instant coffee granules1 tablespoon white sugarDirectionsCombine coconut milk beverage, banana, and sweetener in a blender; blend until smooth. Fill a large glass with ice and pour pureed banana milk on top.Combine boiling water, coffee granules, and sugar in a tall container. Whip with an immersion blender or a hand mixer until foamy, about 2 minutes. Pour coffee foam over the banana milk.For a stronger coffee flavor, use equal amounts of water, coffee granules, and sugar (or Stevia(R).Coconut milk beverage is found in the refrigerator section of your market and is not the same as canned coconut milk.
