My husband taught me this recipe. It's yummy. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you like (not to the blender, just on top).

2 cups milk

2 large ripe bananas

2 tablespoons slivered shelled pistachios

1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Blend milk, bananas, pistachios, and honey in a blender until smooth and frothy, about 2 minutes.

Chill the bananas in the fridge beforehand for a colder drink.
