Directions

Steep Earl Grey tea and lavender in boiling water for about 3 minutes; strain tea into a cup.

Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until frothy and steaming, 4 to 5 minutes.

Pour hot milk, honey, and vanilla extract into tea.

If you have a steamer, you can use that for the milk instead of steaming on the stovetop.
