I have no idea where I originally found this blueberry scone recipe, but it's always a huge hit and so easy to make! So many people have asked for the recipe that it's too good not to share.Ingredients | I Have No Idea What To Make For Dinner2 cups all-purpose flour⅓ cup white sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon lemon zest½ teaspoon baking soda¼ teaspoon salt1 cup lemon yogurt¼ cup melted butter1 large egg1 cup fresh blueberries½ cup confectioners' sugar1 tablespoon lemon juice½ teaspoon lemon zestDirectionsPreheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet.Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.Mix together lemon yogurt, butter, and egg in a separate bowl. Stir yogurt mixture into flour mixture until just moistened.
